Personal Training

Whether you need motivation, instruction or guidance, help working through a plateau, accountability, or variety in your training, a Coach can be the person that can see you through to your goal. Boxing Training, strength, conditioning, return to sport, rehab and youth fitness... we have you covered. 

A session with your Coach can be one-on-one or in a small group setting to give you individual expertise and focus towards your goals. Your Coach will meet with you to discuss your training goals and needs in order to customize each session for you with that goal in mind.

Every session will be unique, challenging, and fun

30 minutes - $75 (1 person)
45 minutes - $100 (1 person) / $120 (2 people)
60 minutes - $120 (1 person) / $140 (2 people) / $165 (3 people)
